We may process account information such as name, email address, password hash, subscription status, platform preferences, bot configuration, notification settings and support-related information.

If API-based automation is enabled, supported exchange API credentials may be stored in encrypted form and used only for configured Service functions.

Users should create dedicated API keys, restrict API access by IP where possible and keep withdrawal permission disabled.

The Service may process automation settings, execution references, order references, symbol information, position status, error logs, reporting data and account-level automation activity.

This information may be used to provide automation, execution history, reporting, troubleshooting, security monitoring and administrative support.

We may process authentication events, request activity, IP-related security information, application events, system errors and operational logs to secure the Service, detect abuse, investigate incidents and maintain technical integrity.

The Service may interact with supported exchanges, hosting and infrastructure providers, communications providers, security services and payment providers where applicable. These third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including in countries other than the user’s country of residence.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed and shared where reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where required.

Users may request account review, correction or deletion where supported and may have additional access, restriction, objection, portability or consent-withdrawal rights under applicable law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for Service operation, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution and technical integrity.
