The purpose of this Policy is to prevent misuse of the platform for unlawful activity, support responsible onboarding and user verification where required, detect suspicious or unusual activity and protect users and the platform.

CHETIN CAPITAL is designed around API-based technology workflows and does not hold client funds, accept direct deposits, process user withdrawals, operate as a bank, act as an exchange or provide custody services unless separately and clearly stated.

CHETIN CAPITAL may request user identification, contact information, account details, business information or additional documentation where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, payment processing, risk management or legal obligations.

CHETIN CAPITAL applies a risk-based approach to user onboarding, account monitoring and platform access. Higher-risk users, activity patterns or jurisdictions may be subject to enhanced review.

CHETIN CAPITAL may monitor platform activity to identify suspicious or unusual behavior and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where appropriate or legally required.
