Financial Crime & Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy explains CHETIN CAPITAL’s rules for prohibited conduct, platform misuse prevention, security review, lawful requests and third-party compliance without representing the operation of a full institutional KYC or AML program.

Platform Scope

CHETIN CAPITAL provides non-custodial technology infrastructure. Users remain responsible for their own exchange accounts, third-party compliance requirements, API permissions and risk settings.

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy explains rules intended to protect CHETIN CAPITAL, CHETIN FINANCE, users and third parties from unlawful use, fraud, abuse and financial-crime-related misuse.

This Policy does not represent that CHETIN CAPITAL is a bank, exchange, custodian or regulated financial institution, and it does not claim the operation of a full institutional KYC or AML transaction-monitoring program where such a program has not been implemented or is not legally required.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of exchange APIs, circumvention of security controls, concealment of unlawful activity or violation of applicable law or material third-party terms.

3. No fund custody

CHETIN CAPITAL and CHETIN FINANCE do not hold, custody, transfer or process withdrawals of user assets through the Service. User assets remain with the user’s supported third-party exchange.

4. Account and identity information

Where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal compliance or investigation of suspected misuse, CHETIN CAPITAL may request additional account, contact or identity-related information. Such a request does not mean that every user is subject to a formal institutional KYC process.

5. Risk and misuse review

CHETIN CAPITAL may review platform activity, security events and usage patterns for account security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and enforcement of this Policy. Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where unlawful activity, fraud, account compromise, sanctions risk, material security risk or serious breach is reasonably suspected.

6. Lawful requests and third-party compliance

Where legally required, CHETIN CAPITAL may preserve information, respond to valid legal process or cooperate with competent authorities. Supported exchanges, payment providers and other third parties may apply their own identity verification, sanctions screening, AML, fraud-prevention or account-monitoring requirements.
