CHETIN CAPITAL provides modern financial technology infrastructure. CHETIN FINANCE is designed as non-custodial automation infrastructure for exchange API-based execution, reporting and risk configuration.

The platform may provide account access, bot configuration, API connection, automated execution, TP/SL placement, open position monitoring, history and reporting features.

CHETIN CAPITAL and CHETIN FINANCE do not hold, custody, transfer or directly manage client funds. Assets remain inside the user's own exchange account.

The platform is not a broker, exchange, bank, fund manager or investment advisor.

Users are responsible for account security, login credentials, exchange API permissions, IP restrictions, available balance, margin settings, leverage settings, risk percentage and all trading outcomes.

Users must not enable withdrawal permission for API keys used with CHETIN FINANCE.

Premium access may be activated manually during private beta. Access may be reviewed, paused, limited, changed or terminated as the platform evolves.

Pricing, plan limits, access conditions and available features may change over time.

Users understand that automated execution depends on third-party exchange APIs, Telegram signal delivery, network availability and the user's own account configuration.

Orders may fail, be rejected, be partially created, be delayed or execute at different prices due to market conditions, exchange rules, insufficient balance, minimum order limits or technical issues.

Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of exchange APIs, circumvention of security controls, money laundering, terrorist financing or violation of third-party terms.

CHETIN CAPITAL may suspend or terminate access where misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or violation of these terms is suspected.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, server issues, software errors, third-party failures, exchange downtime, API limits, regulatory events, network outages or force majeure events.

Users should independently monitor open positions and account status on their exchange account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHETIN CAPITAL is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange failures, API errors, user configuration errors, third-party outages or market movements.
