Terms of Use

CHETIN CAPITAL provides financial technology infrastructure. CHETIN FINANCE is designed as non-custodial automation infrastructure for supported exchange API-based execution, reporting, account-level controls and risk configuration.

The Service may include account access, automation configuration, supported exchange API connectivity, automated execution, Stop Loss and Take Profit order placement, position monitoring, execution history, notifications and reporting.

CHETIN CAPITAL and CHETIN FINANCE do not hold, custody, transfer or directly manage user funds. User assets remain in the user’s own supported exchange account.

The Service is not a bank, exchange, broker, fund manager, portfolio manager, investment adviser or fiduciary service.

Users must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use the Service under applicable law. Users are responsible for account security, supported exchange permissions, API configuration, available balance, margin mode, leverage, risk settings and deciding whether to enable automation.

Withdrawal permission is not required for CHETIN FINANCE automation and must not be enabled on API credentials used with the Service. Where supported, users should apply IP restrictions and other exchange-side security controls.

If paid plans are offered, available prices, limits, renewal terms and cancellation methods will be displayed by the Service or during purchase. Access may be reviewed, paused, limited or terminated for security, misuse, non-payment or material breach.

Plan prices, limits and available features may change prospectively. Exchange fees, funding fees, taxes and third-party charges may apply independently of CHETIN CAPITAL fees.

Automated execution may depend on supported exchange APIs, external instruction or data sources, network availability, software availability and the user’s own account configuration.

Orders may fail, be rejected, be partially executed, be delayed or execute at different prices because of market conditions, exchange rules, rate limits, insufficient balance, minimum order requirements, liquidity conditions, price gaps or technical issues. Stop Loss and Take Profit orders do not guarantee execution at an expected price.

Users may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of exchange APIs, circumvention of security controls, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing or violation of applicable third-party terms.

CHETIN CAPITAL may restrict, suspend or terminate access where misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, fraud or material breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, software errors, server issues, third-party failures, exchange downtime, API changes, rate limits, regulatory events, network outages, cyber incidents or force majeure events. CHETIN CAPITAL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Automation does not remove the need for human oversight. Users should independently monitor their supported exchange account, open positions, order status, available balance, leverage and liquidation exposure.

Digital assets, derivatives, Futures, margin and leveraged products involve substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHETIN CAPITAL is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, liquidation, slippage, funding or trading fees, exchange failures, API errors, user configuration errors, third-party outages, regulatory restrictions or market movements.
